Welcome to Feyinshop ("Platform", "Website", "we", "us", "our").

Feyinshop is a growing multivendor eCommerce platform connecting customers with trusted sellers across India. By accessing or using our website (https://feyinshop.in), mobile applications, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. Definitions

• Platform refers to Feyinshop, the website https://feyinshop.in, and all related services, subdomains, and applications.
• Customer means any person who browses, registers, or purchases products through the Platform.
• Vendor / Seller means any individual, business, or entity registered and authorized to list, market, and sell products on the Platform.
• User means any visitor, customer, vendor, or other person accessing the Platform.
• Order means a request placed by a customer to purchase products listed on the Platform.
• Platform Commission refers to the standard 8% commission fee deducted from successful sales made by vendors.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Feyinshop, you confirm that:

1. You are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
3. All registration and profile information provided by you is accurate, truthful, and complete.

3. Platform Nature

Feyinshop operates as a marketplace platform that enables independent vendors to list and sell products directly to customers.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Feyinshop does not manufacture, package, store, or ship the products listed by vendors.
• Feyinshop does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, merchantability, or authenticity of products listed by independent vendors.
• Product descriptions, pricing, inventory availability, and images are uploaded and managed entirely by the vendors.
• Feyinshop acts as a technology intermediary facilitating transactions between customers and vendors under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

4. User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features (such as purchasing, tracking orders, or listing products).

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password).
• Notify us immediately at feyinshop@gmail.com of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt Platform operations.

5. Product Listings

Vendors are solely responsible for their listings, which includes:

• Detailed and accurate product descriptions.
• Pricing (inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes like GST).
• Real-time inventory management.
• Providing genuine product images.
• Compliance with all local, state, and national laws.

Customers should carefully review product details, sizing guides, specifications, and vendor ratings before placing orders. While we strive for accuracy, errors in descriptions, pricing, images, or availability may occur. Feyinshop reserves the right to correct such errors without prior notice.

6. Orders and Acceptance

An order placed by a customer on Feyinshop represents an offer to purchase.

We and our vendors reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject any order.
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud, double-ordering, or listing system abuse.
• Cancel orders due to stock discrepancies, pricing errors, or shipping limitations.
• Order confirmation emails do not constitute a guarantee of order fulfillment; orders may be canceled if the vendor is unable to fulfill them.

7. Pricing and Taxes

• All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Shipping charges, transaction processing fees (if any), and if applicable taxes (GST) will be calculated and displayed during checkout before final payment is made.

8. Payments

Online Payments Only

Feyinshop is a digital-first marketplace and currently accepts online payment methods only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported on the Platform.

Available secure payment methods include:

• Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
• Debit Cards
• Credit Cards
• Net Banking
• Digital Wallets

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). Feyinshop does not store or collect complete debit/credit card numbers or net banking credentials.

9. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines displayed during checkout are estimates provided by third-party logistics partners.
• Delays may occur due to vendor processing times, courier backlogs, weather conditions, public holidays, or force majeure events.
• Feyinshop is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party shipping providers. Vendors must dispatch packages promptly and upload valid tracking details.

10. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Violate any local, state, or federal laws or regulations.
• Use the Platform for fraudulent purposes, scamming, or impersonation.
• Upload false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or infringing content.
• Interfere with Platform operations, servers, or networks.
• Attempt unauthorized access to system databases, user details, or application APIs.
• Use automated tools (crawlers, scrapers, robots) to scrape or copy Platform content without written authorization.

11. Reviews and Ratings

Customers may submit reviews and ratings for products they have purchased.

• Reviews must be truthful, constructive, and reflect genuine purchasing experiences.
• Reviews must not contain abusive, defamatory, advertising, or unlawful content.
• We reserve the right to moderate and remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

12. Vendor Responsibilities & Commission

Vendors registered on Feyinshop agree to:

• Sell genuine and quality-tested products.
• Provide accurate tax and business invoices to customers.
• Fulfill orders promptly and manage shipments in compliance with platform guidelines.
• Accept the platform fee structure: a flat 8% commission on successful sales, with no additional monthly subscription, listing, or hidden charges.
• Accept the withdrawal schedule where earnings transfers take 3 to 4 business days to reflect in the vendor's registered bank account.

Feyinshop reserves the right to suspend or remove vendors who violate platform rules or receive consistently poor customer reviews.

13. Prohibited Products

Vendors are strictly prohibited from listing:

• Illegal or restricted goods.
• Counterfeit, replica, or bootleg products.
• Stolen products or items requiring specific commercial licenses not held by the vendor.
• Restricted drugs, medicines, or substances.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and fireworks.
• Adult content, sexually explicit items, or offensive materials.
• Products infringing third-party intellectual property or copyright.

Feyinshop reserves the right to remove prohibited listings instantly and report violations to legal authorities.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feyinshop shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, sales, revenues, or data.
• Business interruptions or service downtime.
• Vendor misconduct, product defects, or shipping failures.
• Transactions or disputes directly between customers and vendors.

Users access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feyinshop, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, violation of applicable laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account without prior notice if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent, duplicate, or malicious activity is suspected.
• Requested by law enforcement or government agencies.
• Platform security, integrity, or operations are at risk.

17. Force Majeure

Feyinshop shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, internet outages, cyber-attacks, transportation disruptions, strikes, pandemics, or carrier failures.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on https://feyinshop.in. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform or under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
