• With Legal Authorities: If demanded by law, subpoena, or to cooperate with law enforcement investigation.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors registered on Feyinshop:

• Are responsible for safeguarding customer shipping and contact details shared with them.
• Must use customer information strictly for order fulfillment, packaging, shipping, and resolving order inquiries.
• Must not store, export, reuse, or share customer data outside Platform purposes, nor use it for unsolicited marketing without customer consent.
• Violation of these obligations will lead to instant account suspension or termination.

• Remember shopping cart selections and comparison tables.
• Keep track of site traffic metrics (utilizing Google Analytics tracking code).

• Any disputes regarding product qualities, return requirements, or deliveries must be handled directly between the Customer and the respective Vendor. Feyinshop may assist as an informal mediator if requested.
• Misuse of the Platform, listing illegal items, or fraudulent transaction attempts will lead to immediate account suspension and withholding of any pending wallet balance.
